Children’s Advocate, Diahann Gordon Harrison has condemned the killing of an 11-year-old girl and her twin brothers at their home, in Irwin St. James, last evening (March 9).
Dead are Peta-Gaye Cooke and her brothers, 19-year-old Givaughnie Stewart otherwise called ‘Bigga’, and 19-year- old Givaughn Stewart otherwise called ‘Little Man’.
Reports are that about 7pm the siblings were home when they were pounced upon by gunmen who opened fire hitting them.
They died at hospital.
Speaking with Irie Fm News, the Children’s Advocate in condemning the triple murder, said the ongoing crime situation in St. James is a cause for concern.
