by August 15th, 2017

Clarendon College is the new entrant in this 9th Annual Jamaica High school Alumni Sporting Network Soccer and Netball tournament to be staged at the Lauderhill Sports complex on Labour Day weekend in Florida between September 3 and 4.

The competition ended prematurely at the quarterfinal stage last year, due to bad weather and all eight teams which made it to the last eight have been granted automatic qualification in this year’s renewal. Those eight teams are St Elizabeth Technical, Dinthill, Kingston College, Cornwall College, Ferncourt, Meadowbrook, Wolmer’s and Bridgeport.

The Netball competition will not be on the programme this year.

The winner of this year’s soccer tournament will be awarded 2000 US dollars.

President of the Jamaica High School Alumni Sports Network Lavern deer is already upbeat three weeks ahead of the 2017 renewal.
