The court hearing for one of the children taken from the controversial Montego Bay based church, is slated to take place next month.

The child is the only one who is yet to be returned to relatives, after being taken into state care following the incident at the Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries, in St. James.

Public Relations and Communication Manager at the Child Protection and Family Services Agency, CPFSA, Ruchelle Dixon Gordon said the agency is conducting investigations, findings of which will be presented to the court.

Mrs. Dixon Gordon said the child is doing well.
