Dancehall deejay D’Angel is the latest entertainer to join subscription-based social media platform, OnlyFans.

Launched in 2016, OnlyFans is unlike other apps like Instagram and Snapchat, because it allows content creators to earn money from users who subscribe to their content.

D’Angel in a Music News interview tells us why she joined OnlyFans.

OnlyFans is a subscription-based social media platform where users can sell and/or purchase original content which ranges from clean to filthy.

According to D’Angel, she will not go the explicit route, and that her content will represent and stay true to brand D’Angel.

OnlyFans allows its users to post explicit adult content. To gain access to the content, an individual must pay a monthly subscription fee that ranges anywhere between US$4.99 and US$49.99.

Dancehall deejay Ishawna, reality TV stars like Blac Chyna and The Bachelor’s Chad Johnson have also joined the platform, along with Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood couple, Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena.

OnlyFans is also used by fitness bloggers, dieticians, and more.
