by September 16th, 2017

Cricket West Indies (CWI) president Dave Cameron has come for praises for his efforts in supporting the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in getting international cricket back in their country.

PCB chairman Najam Sethi, while thanking Cameron for visiting Pakistan  announced that the west indies team will visit Pakistan7 for a three-match T/20 series towards the end of November.

Sethi said Cameron can assist in getting the big teams to come back to Pakistan.

WICB president had been invited to witness security arrangements made for the word xi series which ended yesterday 2-1 in favor of Pakistan.

The world xi tour, dubbed the independence day cup, is a significant development for Pakistan as the country has not hosted top-level international cricket — barring five limited-overs matches against Zimbabwe in 2015 — since the Sri Lankan team bus was attacked by terrorists in march 2009, killing eight people and injuring seven players and staff.
