Davian Bryan, who is suspected to have abducted two girls in Bath St. Thomas last October, and who is wanted for rape and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition was captured during an operation in Durham, Portland last night.
Head of the Portland Police Division, Superintendent Kenneth Chin says lawmen conducted a targeted raid in the community between 9:00 and 10:00 pm, in search of Bryan.
He says Bryan’s capture is the result of coordinated efforts by the police, residents and elected officials.
Superintendent Chin is urging residents to continue to take steps to help the police in bringing criminals to justice.
