Despite COVID-19 DJs rock #ClubQuarantine

The entertainment industry has responded to the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak.

#CLUBQUARANTINE is trending on social media following a string of online parties on Instagram.

DJ D Nice who had the biggest audience, went 9 hours on Instagram, where he hosted HOMESCHOOL in CLUB QUARANTINE, which is being considered the biggest global party.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama, Oprah, Drake, Rihanna, Mark Zuckerberg, Jennifer Lopez, Buju Banton, and former Vice President, Joe Biden along with other top celebs partied with DJ D Nice who reached over 100K last Saturday.

DJ D Nice, in an interview with Atlanta’s Frank Ski, from V103 said he’s humbled.

Other selectors who have hosted online parties include Tony Matterhorn, Coppershot, and Majah Hype.

Last week, Lila Ike hosted her own Jamaican version of a #TogetherAtHome live concert, which saw her playing the guitar and singing to music lovers on Instagram Live. Lila Ike’s IG Live concert follows international entertainers, Chris Martin of Coldplay, John Legend, Charlie Puth, and Common, who have all hosted live concerts on their IG live feeds.

Dancehall deejay PopCaan alerted fans that the next time he goes live, social media users will be treated to an Instagram Live performance.
