Fifty-six-year-old pastor of the Harvest Tabernacle Apostolic Church in Kingston, Kenneth Blake, who is facing charges of having sex with a minor, is to return to the St. Andrew Parish Court on April 16.

The court is to determine on that date, whether the case will be sent directly to the Home Circuit Court for trial.

Blake, who is denying the charges, had volunteered in August last year, to do DNA test, as the complainant was then pregnant.

However, it was reported in court this week, that the DNA report stated that there was a 99.9 % chance that Blake could not be excluded as the father.

The complainant, who is now 14 years old, gave birth last year November, to a baby boy.

The allegations are that Blake had been sexually molesting the complainant since she was 12 years old.
