The organizers of the annual Dream Weekend party series in Negril, are yet to make a final decision on whether the major event will be postponed, or will proceed as planned.

In a statement released on their official social media pages on Tuesday evening, the organizers shared that, while they are still weighing their options, a final decision on the future of this year’s event will be made by the latest June 15.

The organizers also noted that the two major hurdles before making the ultimate decision are totally out of their control. These are, when will the Jamaican borders be fully re-open, and if the Government will commence the reissuing of event permits.

As is, the annual Dream Weekend party series is slated to take place August 5-9, in Negril.
