Edu Min gets complaints about difficulty accessing CSEC results

by August 17th, 2018

The Education Ministry says it has received complaints that students have been experiencing challenges accessing their Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examination results.

The ministry says there is no basis for schools blocking or restricting students’ access.

The ministry points out that it has also received reports that many schools are experiencing legitimate technical difficulties in accessing results.

As such, the ministry has been working closely with the Overseas Examinations Commission, and the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC), to resolve these issues.

Schools that have been receiving error messages are being asked to contact the overseas examinations commission, by telephone at 876-618-3715 so that other arrangements can be made to access their results.
