The Education Ministry says only a small number of schools have reported issues following Monday’s (January 3) resumption of face-to-face classes.

Speaking at this morning’s (January 5) Post Cabinet press briefing, Portfolio Minister Fayval Williams said some 608 schools reopened for face-to-face engagement on Monday, 23 of which reported issues.

She said schools reported mixed attendance.

Meantime, Mrs. Williams said some 32 per cent of students have been vaccinated to date.
