Elephant Man sought by police

Dancehall deejay Elephant Man and the woman depicted in the viral video are being sought as persons of interest as investigators believe they can assist with the investigations.

The Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has commenced investigations into a recent video being circulated on social media.

In the video, a woman is seen with what appeared to be a firearm, which she handed over to Elephant Man.

Music News understands that detectives made checks at different locations where the entertainer is associated with in order to assist with the investigations. However, he was not found.

The Firearm License Authority (FLA) has since indicated that Elephant Man is not authorized to handle a legal firearm.

Meanwhile, Christopher Townsend the attorney representing Elephant Man says the dancehall deejay will report to the police tomorrow.
