Thousands of Jamaica Labour Party delegates and supporters are expected to descend on the National Arena in Kingston on Sunday, as they anticipate words from the party leader on what has been accomplished over the past few years and what’s on the agenda leading up to the next general election.
Among those expected to present at the JLP Annual Conference on November 24, are Party Leader / Prime Minister Andrew Holness; guest speaker Grenada’s Prime Minister Keith Mitchell; Party Chairman Robert Montague; Party General Secretary Dr. Horace Chang; as well as leaders of the various area councils.
Dr Chang said executives will report on activities for the year.
He said the Prime Minister will outline the future of the party and government.
Dr. Chang said he expects a great conference, one that will energize the party base.
