The police continue to urge business operators and shoppers alike to be extra vigilant as they move about, during the yuletide season.

Operations Officer at Corporate Communications Unit of the JCF, Assistant Superintendent of Police Dahlia Garrick says persons should not let their guard down while they are enjoying the festivities.

She is urging persons not to operate in a way which will make them become easy targets.

She’s also urging persons not to give strangers access to their homes.

Meantime, the police are urging persons to protect their identity information.

ASP Garrick says persons should be mindful of fraud while carrying out transactions.
