The Firearm Licensing Authority (FLA) has seized the weapon of the licensed holder who was seen brandishing a handgun inside the National Commercial Bank branch in Half Way Tree yesterday (Apl 19).

A video, that has gone viral on social media, shows bank customers scampering even as security personnel escort the man through the door.

Chief Executive Officer, of the FLA Shane Dalling says, the authority saw the video and launched an investigation into the matter.

He says the seizure of the gun is part of the investigation.

He says the FLA is very serious in its approach, as it relates to firearm safety and licensed holders should be extremely cautious in the use and handling of firearms.
