Flemmo reaches agreement with French Second Division leaders Toulouse FC

Irie Fm sports understands Jamaican International Junior Flemmings has reportedly reached an agreement to join French second division leaders Toulouse FC in January transfer window.

While the deal has been agreed their are no details as yet as to how long it will be.

Flemmings is set to compete with Englishman Rhys Healey who currently leads the Division’s goal-scoring charts as Toulouse chase a return to Ligue 1.

The former Jamaica College captain recently parted company with United States Soccer League team Birmingham Legion FC.

Flemmings had joined Birmingham Legion in January when he fell out of favour with Phoenix Rising after he was placed on administrative leave for the remainder of his contract with the team, which concluded on in November 2020.

Over the six seasons he played in the USL championship he has totaled 66 goals.

Flemmings who scored the match-winning goal against Guadalupe in Jamaica’s second group stage match of the 2021 Concacaf Gold Cup has been a part of the Reggae BoyZ squad in the ongoing World Cup campaign.
