A truck driver has been taken into custody, in relation to the theft, which occurred at Hillcrest Avenue, in Kingston.

Addressing the issue at a press conference on Thursday, Vice President and General Manager at Flow, Stephen Price, said steps are being taken to restore service to customers.

He added that the incident has caused a significant hit to the company’s infrastructure.

Mr price explained how the theft could have resulted in the death of flow employees.

He lamented that Flow has been trying to address the issue of theft and vandalism for a decade, with minimal improvement, even as customers suffer.
