Jamaica is observing national food safety week from today (Sunday, November 15, 2015) until Saturday November 21, 2015.
It is being held under the theme, Safe Foods: From Production to Consumption – The Gateway to Health and Wealth.
Food Safety Week is funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), through the Agriculture Competitiveness Programme under the Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries.
