Former Jamaica youth netball coach Joan Cargill is dead.

Cargill who passed away in Baltimore coached the national under 16 team up to 2007 and the national under 21 team at the 2005 World Youth Cup in Fort Lauderdale.

Cargill served of the umpires subcommittee, member of the leagues committee and tester and trainer of umpire.
