National Security Minister Dr Horace Chang said criminals who draw firearms at the police, should be prepared to deal with the consequences.

He was speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, for a police station in Frome Westmoreland, on Thursday.

He said criminals should surrender when approached by the police, as they are entitled to a fair trial.
