Health Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton is expected to state today (September 15), how many private entities have submitted proposals to become part of the expanded Covid vaccine access points.

The Ministry had issued an invitation for Requests For Quotation, RFQ and many private hospitals and doctors offices, have already responded.

Dr. Tufton said, as early as next week, the Ministry will be engaging some private facilities, that want to join the vaccination programme.

He was speaking at a Covid Conversations press briefing, yesterday (September 14).

The Ministry also intends to have vaccines offered at 6 hospitals, by the end of this month.
