Prime Minister Andrew Holness has warned that he will not allow Jamaica to descend into chaos as a result of improper planning.

He was speaking at the ground breaking ceremony for the Maxfield Park Housing project in east central St. Andrew, yesterday (Oct 3).

Mr. Honess said the government is taking a proactive approach to intervene in the development of communities.

The Prime Minister said Maxfield Park is the first of several projects being undertaken by the National Housing Trust (NHT) under the Community Renewal Programme.
