A husband and a wife are dead in a suspected murder-suicide at the intersection of Windward Road and Mountain View Avenue, in Kingston, on Saturday evening.

They have been identified as 59-year-old Heather Moyston, and 41 year old Wesley Moyston.

Police say the couple was in a car around 9:20 P.M. when explosions were heard.

Police were called to the scene and upon their arrival the couple was found with gunshot wounds to the head.

They were rushed to hospital where they were pronounced dead.

A pistol with a magazine containing eighteen rounds of ammunition was retrieved from the vehicle.
