Jamaica received another shipment of the AstraZeneca vaccine at the weekend.

According to the Health and Wellness Ministry, 65,000 doses of the vaccine were received from Mexico.

The doses arrived at the Norman Manley International Airport on Friday (January 14).

Meanwhile, The Ministry has administered some 1,263,191 doses of vaccines to date.

652,253 were first doses, 517,497 were second doses and 78,789 were single doses.

some 12,836 booster shots have also been administered.
