Jamaica records 25 new COVID-19 cases and no new deaths

The Ministry of Health and Wellness has reported 25 new COVID-19 cases.

 

There are 14 males and 11 females ranging in age from 3 to 100 years.

 

St. James recorded the highest number of cases with 7, followed by Kingston and St. Andrew with 5.

 

The positivity rate has decreased to 2.6 per cent.

 

No new death was recorded.

 

134 persons are hospitalized with the virus; 32 are moderately ill, 13 are severely ill and 10 are critically ill.
