Participating under the theme generation next…..Jamaica   will be sending its largest ever contingent of athletes 185 to the 23rd edition of the CAC Games in Barranquilla, Colombia between July 23 to August 3.

The current contingent of 185 surpasses the previous record of 135.

Jamaica will also increase it’s participation in the varying areas….providing representatives in 17 different sporting disciplines as opposed to 14 at the previous games held in Mexico.

The Jamaican team will not be represented in the triathlon event this time around.
