For the very first time a Special Olympics team that placed 2nd in a recently held world Tournament in the USA will participate in the Bell/Zaidie memorial tournament which will have its 32nd edition on Heroes day next Monday at Winchester Park.
The special Olympians will be among the four teams participating including entertainers & masters, St. George’s college old boys and Christian ambassadors.
Among the honourees this year are former national players Len worth Hyde and Dennis Hutchinson, Frankie Lewis, and the first Jamaican female to be designated a FIFA referee, Paulette riley.
