Experience Jamaican left arm spinner Nikita Miller has been recalled to the West Indies One Day International squad.
The Jamaica scorpions captain who last played for the West Indies during the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup in new Zealand and Australia has been called up for the three match One Day International series against New Zealand which starts on December 20 and will form part of the teams preparation for the upcoming World Cup Qualifiers.
He is looking forward to contribute to the West Indies teams qualification for the World Cup.
Miller who has made 46 one day international appearances for the west indies joins Rovman Powell, Chris Gayle and Marlon Samuels in the 15 member one day squad.
Also in the Jason Holder led squad is Ransford Beaton, vice-captain Jason Mohammed, Sunil Ambris, Shannon Gabriel, Kyle Hope, Shai Hope, Alzarri Joseph, Evin Lewis, Ashley Nurse and Kesrick Williams.
In the meantime experience all-rounder Reyad Emrit gets his first call for the three match t20 international series, which will see Evin Lewis missing due to personal reason.
Jamaicans Chadwick Walton and Jerome Taylor have been named in the 14, joining compatriots Marlon Samuels, Chris Gayle, and Rovman Powell.
The squad is completed by captain Carlos Braithwaite, Samuel Badree, Ronsford Beaton, Andre Fletcher, Jason Mohammed, Sunil Narine, Kieron Pollard and Kesrick Williams
The first match in the T20 International series will be played on December 29 at the Saxton Oval on Nelson.
