Jamaican leg of Norceca Volleyball Tour talking shape

All the pieces are falling into place for the local leg of the North, Central American and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation (Norceca) Beach Tour which serves off tomorrow at Ocho Rios bay beach.

The teams already in the island are USA, Canada, Mexico , St Kitts, us virgin island and Puerto Rico, while the teams coming in later today includes Guatemala, Cuba, costa Rica and Dominican republic.

Suriname withdrew because of due to unfavorable weather conditions, causing them to miss a connecting flight to Jamaica.

The competition serves off at 9 am tomorrow and ends on Sunday, and the fixtures will be finalized this evening when the international referee Juvenal Collado of Dominican Republic comes in.

Mark Lewis and Christopher Walters, Tristan Hitchman and noley Ferguson will represent Jamaica in the men’s category, while in the female bracket Jamaica will be represented by Kai Wright and Tsahi Williams.

The sporting choice Irie Fm will have live reports throughout the three days of the championship.
