Captain of the West Indies women’s team Jamaican Stafanie Taylor has climbed to number one in the latest T/20 ICC batting rankings.
Taylor topped the t/20 international batting rankings with 678 points, while her team-mate Dottin was fourth with 622 points.
Taylor is also ranked second in the all-rounder category with 377 points and is ranked fourth in the bowling category with 626 point.
Meanwhile, another West Indian Hayley Matthews leads the t/20 international bowling and all-rounder categories with 631 and 288 points respectively. Anissa Mohammed lies fourth in the bowling rankings with 608 points.
The Caribbean women who recently completed a clean sweep against Sri Lankan with series wins in the three One Day International and three T/20’s at home will tour New Zealand next march.
Both teams will do battle in three one day internationals and five t20 internationals.
