Jamaica’s women at the 2023 Cazova Senior Volleyball Championships at the Anthony Nesty Sports Hall in Paramaribo, Suriname kept their unbeaten tag intact. 

This after beating hosts suriname by three sets to two last night . 

The Jamaican ladies  won the contest 22-25, 25-20, 23-25, 25-17, and 18 -16. 

Meanwhile, the Jamaican men after losing their first game bounced back last night to beat curacao by three sets to one. 

They took the pool b’ contest 29-31, 25-23, 25-12, 25-23 ………….. this after losing their opening match against Trinidad and tobago.

outside hitter Ryck Webb led jamaica with 29 points including 6 block and 4 digs. 

His teammate middle blocker Mark Blake and outside hitter and team captain Delford Morgan contributed with 18 and 11 points  respectively.
