The Electoral Office of Jamaica, E-O-J, says it has completed final count of 62 of the 63 constituencies.

It says it is continuing its recount of ballots for the St Thomas Western constituency at the duke street office in Kingston.

At a press conference to update the nation of the recount, director of elections, Orette Fisher says the Jamaica Labour Party is currently holding 32 constituencies to the People’s National Party’s thirty-one.

Mr Fisher says he is hoping that the official results will be made available by Wednesday march 2.
