by September 6th, 2022

Protests in St. Thomas are hampering the efforts of teams from the Jamaica Public Service, J-P-S in fixing the power outage being experienced by customers in Port Morant to Quaw Hill.

The JPS received reports of the outage from as early as 11:30 a-m, but its crew has been unable to access the area, due to the ongoing protests and road blocks.

It said power supply will be restored, as soon as the teams can access the area.
