Reggae singer Lila Ike connected with students at the Salvation Army School For The Blind and Visually Impaired in Kingston, in a meaningful way through music at their recently held Christmas party.
In a series of posts on her official Instagram page, Lila Ike shared her experience as a very beautiful one, showcasing photographs, and a video of the students hugging her, and singing along word for word to her songs. Lila described the performance as her “best show all year.”
The Salvation Army School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, is the only one of its kind in Jamaica and caters to the educational, and vocational training of young blind, or visually impaired students, aged 3-20 years old.
