by October 16th, 2019

Local rugby players Khamisi Mckain and Jenson Morris both from the Duaney Park Red Sharks left the island yesterday to represent Jamaica in an upcoming one off clash with the England Knights rugby team this weekend in Leeds.

The reggae warriors face the knights at Leeds’ emerald Headingly on Sunday, as they continue preparation for upcoming global assignments.

Apart from the two local based players, Jamaica’s squad also includes the Huddersfield forward Michael Lawrence,  alongside Leeds full-back Ashton Golding, Wakefield winger Ben Jones-Bishop, Salford speedster Greg Johnson and ex-Toronto man mason Caton-Brown all based overseas.

Jordan Turner has been ruled out of the international test due to injury.
