A viewing in remembrance, and celebration of the life of Jamaican actor, and Grammy-winning entertainer Louie Rankin got underway a few minutes ago in Canada.

The viewing which began at 4 pm, and will end at 9 pm, can be attended by those in Ontario, at the New Haven Funeral Centre.

The funeral service for Louie Rankin will follow tomorrow, Saturday, October 26, at the Praise Cathedral Worship Centre in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. The funeral is expected to begin at 10 am. A live stream of the funeral service will also be provided.

Famous for his role as Ox in the film ‘Belly,’ and Teddy Bruckshut in ‘Shottas,’ as well as his Grammy-winning song ‘Typewriter,’ Louie Rankin died in a car crash in Ontario, Canada, on Monday, September 30.

He was 66-years old.
