Director of the Road Safety Unit Kenute Hare is urging Toyota and Honda motor vehicle operators, to have the vehicle’s air bag inflator checked by dealers.

Air bag inflators made by Takata have been recalled globally.

The defective air bags have caused serious injury to persons.

Mr. Hare says the defective air bags are being replaced free of cost.
