Dancehall entertainer Damian Rhoden more popularly known as Munga is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, Wednesday February 21.

According to Munga’s attorney Christopher Townsend, when his client faces the Kingston and St. Andrew parish court on Wednesday, the judge will be reexamining his current fine, and will further determine if there is sufficient evidence to support the matter being sent to the Supreme Court.

Munga who is currently out on bail and still recording and releasing new music, is charged with the murder of Cleveland Smith who was shot dead on Molynes Road, in Kingston last February.
