Dancehall deejay Munga Honorable has posted a heartfelt message on Instagram following a motor vehicle accident that has left his friend dead.

On Instagram Munga wrote, “what can i say or do for you to return or make up for this? Tashana Cumbermack aka Tash, my heart cries. I will rep continually as you have for me. We were both asleep and neither of us were driving the car contrary to media reports. Please let her rest.”

Munga also pleads for forgiveness from her family and friends.

26-year-old Tashana Cumbermack, a Canadian national died on Saturday, January 12 due to injuries she sustained during a three-way vehicle collision along Mandela Highway.

According to CCU, Corporate Communications Unit of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), the accident occurred at about 5:50 am in the vicinity of Ferry. Cumbermack was pronounced dead at the Spanish Town hospital.

Meanwhile Munga and another man were admitted to hospital.
