Murder In Pimento Walk

by May 24th, 2015

The police are theorising that the murder, which occurred in Pimento Walk, near Ocho Rios St. Ann, early this morning was gang related.

Police say the dead man is known only by the alias, Nollie.

Reports are that men kicked down the door to his residence and shot and killed him.

This is the third murder to be committed in the parish in three days.

The first was 43-year-old Clinton Robinson otherwise called money tree from Steer Town on Friday.

And the second was 35 year old Nikazahree Gordon, also called Chris or Firestick, of Philadelphia district, in the parish.

Acting head of the St Ann Police, Superintendent Steve Brown says the police believe two of the murders were gang related and the other was as a result of a domestic dispute.

Superintendent Brown says Nollie who was murdered this morning was being investigated for murder.

He states that the Steer Town murder is believed to be gang related and the one in the Brown’s Town Bus Park yesterday was domestic violence.

Superintendent Brown says the police are taking steps to improve the situation across the parish.
