A Number of roadways across the island which were recently rendered impassable, following heavy rains associated with Tropical Storm Ida, are now accessible.

Communication and Customer Services Manager at the NWA, Stephen Shaw told Irie Fm News that among the roads which have been reopened is Silent Hill in Manchester.

He said work continues along the Bog Walk Gorge in St. Catherine.
