National and Varbour View FC attacking midfielder Peter Lee Vassel departed the island this morning for the Major League Soccer (MLS) combine in Orlando, USA.

The former Cornwall College star will be at the combine for at least one week.

Vassell was selected from the MLS Jamaican showcase held recently at Tivoli Gardens FC.

The former national under 17 player has been having an impact with the reggae Boyz and Harbour View in the last few years.
