The NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has announced that its CEO Patrick Hylton and his Deputy Dennis Cohen have been sent on leave.

NCBFG says by agreement the men will proceed on vacation leave for three weeks effective today.

The group in a statement says during this period, it is expected that other arrangements will be made for the carrying out of their roles on an interim and then permanent basis.

For the immediate future chairman of NCBFG, Michael Lee-Chin will carry some executive responsibilities.

The statement says the group appreciates the service of Mr. Hylton and Mr. Cohen over the past 20 and 19 years, respectively, noting that during the period of their leadership, the group has grown to attain and maintain record levels of financial performance.

The NCB Financial Group says it will continue to benefit from its strong overall leadership team, while the financial holding company undergoes the changes.
