The board of Directors of Netball Jamaica has fired back at recent reports that there is turmoil in the sport.

In light of a recent radio interview with two former netball officials an article published in a popular local newspaper citing trouble in the leadership of president Paula Daley Morris.

Netball Jamaica in a statement today,…… emphatically and categorically refuted the statements made, adding that they consider them baseless and malicious.

The board of directors says it stands firmly behind Dr. Paula Daley-Morris and further stated that they will continue to support her as she leads the association.

The release added that the board’s main focus at this time is the preparation of the sunshine girls for the 2018 commonwealth games in gold coast, Australia.
