Details of the new Red Stripe Premier League season will be announced at the launch of the event on Wednesday at the Red Stripe Oval Spanish Town Road.

The competition is set to start on Sunday September 2 and the opening day action sees reigning champions Arnett Gardens welcoming newly promoted sandals South Coast at the Tony Spaulding Sports Complex.

Other opening round matches sees the promoted cavalier playing away to beaten finalists Portmore United.

Humble Lion who topped the league standings last season will play away to Boy’s town at the Barbican Sports Complex, former champions Montego Bay United will visit Harbour View at compound.

UWI will be at home to Waterhouse while Tivoli Gardens will be on the road to Reno at Frome.
