Newly promoted Mount Pleasant F.C unbeaten in Red Stripe National Premier League

Newly promoted Mount Pleasant F.C are still yet to taste defeat after three rounds in their debut campaign in the Red Stripe National Premier League.

This after they came from behind to secure a one-all draw away to Montego Bay United in Catherine Hall.

Orlando Mcbayne shot Mobay into the lead from the penalty spot in the 9th minute.

Devon Hodges then secured a share of the points for Mount Pleasant in the 30th minute.

The Donovan Duckie coached team are now joint second along with UWI F.C on 7 points with both teams tied on goal difference.

Mobay united meanwhile improved to 4 points but remain 8th on goal difference behind defending champions Portmore United.

Tivoli Gardens occupy top spot on maximum 9 points.
