by November 19th, 2017

Dancehall deejay Ninja Man will know his fate on Monday following almost a month long trial in the Home Circuit Court.

The seven-member jury will deliberate and hand down its verdict in the murder case against the deejay on November 20.

On Friday, Justice Martin Gayle viewed the evidence which was given at the in camera trial in the Home Circuit Court. The Judge outlined the law to the jury and constantly reminded them that they were the only judges of the facts in the case.

The judge also warned the jurors not to discuss the case with anyone who was not a member of the jury and should only have discussions among themselves.

Ninja Man is on trial for the murder of Ricardo Johnson, also known as Trooper. The dancehall deejay along with his son Jamiel, and Dennis Clayton were charged with the March 2009 murder.

The dancehall deejay has been on bail since 2012, but last month, Justice Martin Gayle, revoked his bail and ordered him back behind bars.
