The Opposition is again calling for the removal of Chief Executive Officer of the Firearm Licensing Authority, F-L-A, Shane Dalling.

The call was first made in 2017, amid allegations, that the FLA‘s Board had approved gun licences for suspected criminals, among other things.

In light of fresh concerns surrounding the integrity of the FLA‘s operations, Opposition Spokesperson on National Security, Peter Bunting said it is clear that corruption is taking place at the entity.

Mr. Bunting is also calling for the Integrity Commission to complete the investigation into corruption allegations in relation to the issuance of firearm licences by the FLA.
