The Opposition wants investigators to provide an update on the probe into the multi-million dollar fraud uncovered at Stocks and Securities Limited (SSL).

Opposition Spokesperson on Finance, Julian Robinson said it is critically important that the public be kept abreast of the progress being made by law enforcement officials.

Noting that the fraud has impacted numerous investors, and has placed the country in a negative spotlight, Mr Robinson stressed the importance of timely communication in restoring public confidence in the financial sector.
