Opposition leader, Dr. Peter Phillips says he is concerned that incompetence in the government will set back investments for the country.

Speaking at a People’s National Party (PNP) Constituency Conference in Manchester on the weekend, Dr. Phillips said the current leadership is creating doubt for the country.

Referencing Prime Minister Andrew Holness’ recent declaration on sleeveless attire, Dr. Phillips said the government is quick to speak on irrelevant issues, while it leaves more relevant issues languishing.
